Elīna Jozauska (b. 1983, Latvia) is the co-owner of Münchhausen Productions and Films, bringing over 15 years of expertise in the film industry and international project management. Formerly the Executive Director of the International Film Festival "Arsenāls," she has excelled in various roles, including 1st Assistant Director, Location Manager, Production Manager, and Producer. Notably, she produced the acclaimed feature film The Pit (dir. Dace Pūce, 2020), which won the Grand Prix at the Lübeck Film Festival and served as Latvia's submission for the Academy Awards (Oscars).
